Order Processing
All orders are processed within approximately 24 business hours of purchase.
In general, we process and dispatch orders every business day around midday (local time).
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
We ship exclusively within the United States. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the recipient's location.

• Areas near our distribution centers: 2 to 3 business days
• More remote or rural areas: up to 5 business days

Please note these times are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high demand or due to causes beyond our control (weather, logistics delays, etc.).

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the corresponding tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Digital Products (Ebooks)
The above shipping times apply to physical products only. Ebooks are delivered instantly — there is no processing or transit time. You'll receive access to your ebook via email immediately after your purchase is confirmed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
